VIP Delivery

 

Depending upon the amount of paperwork completed prior to delivery the entire delivery process will take about 2 hours of your time, from arrival at the dealership to departure in your Lexus. We schedule the deliveries on the hour and accept our last delivery at 6pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends. Your salesperson will introduce you to the business office. The business office will review your settlement portion of your transaction and some valuable Hendrick Autoguard Products that we feature click here. If you are interested in taking advantage of some competitive financing or lease options, please contact your salesperson to fill out a customer statement prior to arrival.

After your paperwork is finalized, the presentation begins! Please note that to go over all the features at one sitting may entail an hour to an hour and a half of time.  It's our pleasure to accommodate your schedule, so if we can setup a future demo at your convenience please let us know.  A full delivery includes all the controls and features of your vehicle. We can link your "Bluetooth" phone provided your Lexus is so equipped and you have a compatible phone.  Please see the link below or contact your sales consultant.

The first two service visits with your NEW Lexus are complimentary.  On NEW Lexus vehicles the first appointment is at 1k or 5k miles depending on model.  The second appointment is at 5k or 10k depending on model.  On all Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, the first service (oil change) is complimentary at 5,000 miles or 3 months from purchase. During your delivery we will also introduce you to a Service Advisor and walk you out to our Service Drive while advising you on our process for scheduling service appointments.  
As part of Lexus'"Commitment to Perfection" you will receive a survey in the mail. Our goal at Superior Lexus is for your experience to be nothing less than a "TRULY OUTSTANDING" one.
