This was my second...and I will never own anything else! I was treated like I belonged there, and not made to feel like I shouldn't even try to apply for a Lexus...I had never owned a luxury vehicle prior to my first visit. As a matter of fact, I bought the car the very first day I saw it...my first time ever at a Lexus dealership! I love them all! They are so awesome! Lexus South...talk to Forrest and Conner! "I have purchased or leased new a BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar and Audi and have NEVER experienced the level of customer service I received from Superior Lexus - all dealers combined."I basically made the decision to get this car the same day I was set to pick up a new BMW at 5:00 PM. When I stopped by the dealership that afternoon, I told my Sales Consultant Steve Graham, I was going to buy a BMW, but saw this car on the road and I thought I better check it out prior to buying the BMW. I was short for time, and didn't know anything about Lexus, but he offered to take me for a test drive and did a wonderful job of communicating lease options to me via phone shortly thereafter. I called Steve from the BMW as I was set to sign papers, and told him I was coming back and decided I wanted the Lexus. He pulled the car off the showroom floor for me to drive once more, and stayed well after he was set to leave town for the New Years holiday. He did a great job! Since he was leaving town, Steve Nochlin took care of things for me. He was absolutely wonderful! Considering I wasn't his customer and he had nothing to gain, I was very impressed by the attention he gave to me. Your team, both Steves, Conner Hanson, Mike McKinney, and Judy are all terrific. I would return to this dealership over BMW, Audi, and Aristocrat Motors simply due to your employees. I have never had such a strong understanding

"Everyone at Superior Lexus South really tries hard to keep their customers happy. Phil runs a truly outstanding dealership. If there were twenty Lexus dealerships within fifteen miles of me, I would go to Superior Lexus South. The best of the best! GM Phil Humbert is without a doubt a person that is truly bent on satisfaction to his customers. These type of GM's are few and far between. Phil will do anything within his power to keep his clientele happy. I have been to many Lexus dealerships for service or sales from the east coast to the west coast. Superior Lexus South is by far the best of the best and I would not trust my Lexus to any other dealership unless I was forced into doing so. All I can say about Superior Lexus South is, please keep up the good work and the extremely high integrity in regards to the customers that put their faith in you. "It was a great experience." I was truly dreading the whole process, but my questions were answered, especially those pertaining to changing everything over to Missouri. The price negotiations were fair and honored. (The vehicle was delivered to the dealership so I could see it first before making a final decision.) Most of all, I was very much cared for during the process. Having never done this before, Forest, my salesman, made it all very easy.
